Members' Events
Below you will find details of upcoming events and functions (bowling and social) for club members. The social side of our club is what makes it fun and friendly but also viable as our clubhouse is an expensive building to maintain.
Please support your club by coming to as many events as you can throughout the year. Scroll down for event information and dates for your diary.
Income that's usually generated by hosting outside bowls competitions hasn't come in to the club due to the dreadful weather that got progressively worse as the season went on. At least two important competitions were cancelled at the last moment. Therefore, we need to try and top up the coffers before we head into 2025 - there's some serious capital expenditure coming up in 2025.
The first social event of 2025 is a Coffee morning on Saturday, January 18th at 11am. The Annual General Meeting of OSBC will be held on Sunday, 2nd of February, starting at 3.30pm. Posters will follow below soon.
